Welcome to our Dictionary Application!

By using our Application, you agree to these terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Application. These Terms apply to all users of the Application, including without limitation, users who are contributors of content, information and other materials or services, registered or otherwise.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our dictionary application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which form a legally binding agreement between you and our company. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease use of the application.

2. Use of the Application

Our dictionary application is designed to help users translate words from one language to another, take quizzes, and chat with an AI-based chatbot. You agree to use the application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

3. Registration

In order to use certain features of our application, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your account information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

Our application allows users to submit content, such as quiz results and chat transcripts. You retain all ownership rights in any user content you submit, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your user content in connection with our application.

5. Intellectual Property

Our dictionary application and its content, including all text, graphics, logos, icons, and images, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works of any part of our application without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our dictionary application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our application will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of our application, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any losses, including legal fees, that result from your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate our dictionary application or these Terms and Conditions at any time, for any reason, without notice to you. Your continued use of the application after such modifications or termination will constitute your acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Turkey, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Istanbul, Turkey for the resolution of any disputes.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to our dictionary application and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and us.
